Change Your Age, Balance & Stability for Seniors
October 27th-December 8th, Thursdays Noon-1:00pm

It’s never too late to change your movement habits and create more freedom, stability and agility in your body!

This 6-week program is designed specifically for seniors to improve balance, stability and agility. Create more freedom in your body with easy-to-learn, practical, functional movement sequences. Learn how to move optimally and feel you best.

The Change Your Age Program is not stressful and does not involve repetitive routines. It does not place demands on your muscular strength and flexibility. It does not require specialized equipment or clothing, but it does require you to use the most important organ in your body – your brain!

What will the Change Your Age program do for you?

  • Improve your balance, stability, mobility and agility.

  • Increase your ease of movement, range of motion and freedom in your body.

  • Decrease your habitual tendencies and physical resistances.

Change Your Age, Functional Movement Workshop
