A big thank
you to everyone who made the opening of Simple Yoga in Hamilton,
MT this fall such a huge success! I am so grateful to those who
helped put this beautiful space together, to my students who
continue to come and amaze me with their boundless potential
everyday and to all of my teachers who have shared their gift of
yoga with me.
In the years
to come, I hope this studio is home, not only to open hips, long
hamstrings and strong cores; but to personal strength, lasting
friendships, loads of laughter, peace and love. This is your
space - come, practice, smile, breathe and above all be
yourself.

We are expanding our evening offerings, explore each of these diverse
classes and let your yoga practice grow. Wind down from the day and
enjoy a piece of calm with Marilyn on Tuesday evenings with Gentle Yoga.
Or, deepen your knowledge of the postures and take your practice to
another level with Lisa on Wednesdays for Structural Yoga. Continue to
study the finer points of Ashtanga, a detoxifying and purifying yoga,
with Meg on Monday evenings, or join her on Thursdays for a fun and
invigorating alignment-based Flow class. On Friday, be sure to take your
practice out on the town and spread a little peace and joy!
